If there is an error in a quiz question/answer, you can report it by tapping the symbol at the top right of the screen (the warning triangle). The information will be passed on to your teacher. Please note that your teacher is responsible for all quiz content.
This functionality can be switched off by your teacher, so you may not see the warning triangle.
