If you cannot find a course that has been set up by your teacher, follow these steps:
Uninstall and reinstall the app
This usually solves the problem. Sometimes outdated versions of the app or cached data can also cause problems. Don't worry: your progress within the app will be retained when un-/reinstalling.
If this does not solve the problem, there may be three reasons:
- You are not logged in with the correct account: If possible, please log in with the official e-mail address of your institution. For example, if you are studying at the ZHAW, use @students.zhaw.ch or @zhaw.ch.
- The teacher has either not activated the course or has not yet invited you to the course: Please contact your teacher and ask them to activate the course and invite you via e-mail or course code.
- The course is no longer active and is in the archive. You can access older courses at any time via the small archive button next to the settings button.
