Images, text excerpts, or diagrams can be embedded in an AI dialogue so that learners can access them at any time throughout the entire activity. This is useful when the task is based on visual material – for example, when describing an image, analysing a diagram, or interpreting a graphic.
When you upload an image while creating an AI dialogue via the chatbot, the task will be generated based on that image. However, the image itself is not yet visible to learners. The bot will notify you in the chat that the image still needs to be added manually.
For learners to be able to access the image during the AI dialogue, it must be inserted in the "Instructions for Learners" section. To do this, click on "Configure", make sure the “Pro Mode” is turned on, and insert the image using the text editor.
While working on an exercise, learners can display the image in the learning environment at any time. To do so, they click on the question mark icon.
