The login method "Login by directory" allows your students to work with Brian without providing an email address. To activate this option at your institution, please write to us at info@brian.study
Once the option is activated, you can invite students without email addresses to your course via the directory. The system will generate a unique code for each student, which must then be passed on to them.
To share the code, simply click on the small "Code" icon.
Then, the following message will appear:
It is also possible to download and print all codes for the course. The individual invitations can then be cut out and distributed by hand.
To do this, just press the "Download" icon next to "Registration Code":
And just like that, you’ll receive a PDF file containing all the codes, which you can simply print out:
