🧑🏼💻 Brian set up for Moodle Administrator
Step 1: Add Brian as a tool
In “Site Administration” → “Plugins” tab →”Activity modules” section →”External Tools” menu→ Click “Manage Tools” submenu
Enter the registration URL of Brian:
- for testing: https://staging.app.brian.study/lti/register
- for production: https://app.brian.study/lti/register
Click the Green Button “Complete registration”
If your Registration Failed
Check with your system administrator that Apache is not stripping down Authorization headers, you can provide them withe the following link:
Step 2: Configure the tool
Now Brian - AI tutor should have appeared in the Tools, click the second button on the top right corner of the Brian card to edit the configuration
In “Tool Configuration Usage” select: “Show in activity chooser and as a preconfigured tool”
In “Default Launch Container” select “New Window”
Save the changes
Step 3: Activate the tool
Click on “Activate” button
🎉 Congratulation, Brian is now set up and can be added by the teachers to each of their courses individually.
