Click on “Settings”. If you click on Add course administrator, you can invite colleagues to the course. They will be able to both view and edit, as well as to add content of their own.
I can't find my colleague's e-mail address. Why is that?

Want to share your course with your entire organization?
Adding course administrators is best suited for working together with individual colleagues on a course. If you'd rather make your course available to your entire organization – or even beyond – the Library is the way to go: you can turn your course into a template there, which other teachers from your organization can view and use as a basis for their own courses.
